Well what can I say, I've never seen a more splendid parking lot. The asphalt is prestine! The painted stripes designating the parking spaces are faded just enough that you can still kindof make out the individual spaces. Perfect cracks in the asphalt to allow weeds to crawl through (gotta allow nature to do her thing). There are much appreciated street lights (that don't work) to park beside with hopes that they'll protect your vehicle from other vehicles spinning brodies. I especially appreciate the street light at the entrance when we meet there in the early morning hours that only turns on for a few minutes every 15 minutes or so making it impossible to see the entrance. we've been using this lot for years when needed. On the even brighter side, we've never had anything stolen or had any bums, drug addicts, etc. bother us. Sometimes we see cars parked there for weeks on end, I assume they're probably stolen and ditched there until they're eventually found (unscathed might I add due to the lack of vandals and thieves). Sometimes it makes me feel better leaving vehicles there for the day when there are abandoned vehicles there because I feel like thieves are less likely to pilfer the back of my truck when other vehicles are nearby. Yesterday we had a hard time getting in because they are doing construction across the street and some of the guys were using the lot for their heavy equipment, but it all worked out in the long run and they don't usually use the lot. Just know this, if you want to leave your vehicle here, there are good people like myself who won't bother it.
